Correct Position for Drinking Water

Water should be consumed only in sitting position. If consumed, while standing, increases ‘Vata’ which may lead to ‘Vata’ disorders later on like Arthritis, gas, bloating, dry skin, anxiety, panic, tremors, constipation, interrupted sleep etc.

पानी हमेशा बैठकर पीना चाहिए| खड़े होकर पानी पीने से शरीर में वात बढ़ती है जिससे वात दोष होकर बाद में कई बीमारियां हो सकती हैं जैसे गठिया, गैस, पेट फूलना, रूखी त्वचा, चिंता, डर, कंपकपी, कब्ज़, नींद ठीक से न आना इत्यादि
