Ashaadh Gupt navratri will start from 3rd July 2019 and end on 10th July 2019. There are two Gupt navratris during the year. One of which comes in Paush Maas and the other in Ashaadh maas. 
Gupt navratri is specially useful for getting siddhi or during any rare sadhana and acquiring spiritual powers. 
One should worship goddess durga and dus mahavidyas during this time. Non veg food, alcohol, sex and anger should be avoided during this period.

I am giving Hanuman Chalisa in this post in both Hindi and English. This was composed by Goswami Tulsidas Ji. One who recites Hanuman Chalisa daily with complete devotion in Lord Hanuman becomes free from all fears and troubles.
